All of our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been made and the file has been accessed or downloaded.
We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the guide is right for your needs.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances: the file is corrupt or cannot be opened or the wrong product was delivered.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thecivilcollective.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
